Accommodation at the Chedi will be covered by Hg for Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th June. If you are planning to stay any additional nights, we can connect you with the hotel directly to make arrangements. 

Group taxi transfers will be provided to and from the venue, guests have been allocated times based on their selections. Please click here to view the confirmed times and meeting point instructions. 

Transfers to / from the hotel can take up to 2 hours each way and taxis are difficult to find at short notice. If you are not booked into one of our transfers, do ensure you have made arrangements in advance. 

The dress code throughout the forum is smart casual / relaxed business wear. Shorts, hats and sandals are not permitted at the restaurants. 

If you are taking part in any of the activities on Monday, please bring suitable footwear (trainers or walking shoes). As many of the activities will take place at altitude, it is recommended to plan for cool weather by packing lightweight jackets and jumpers. Hats, sun glasses and sun cream are also useful to bring.

Please refer to our clothing recommendations above when packing, and sun cream is advisable.

We recommend bringing an adaptor for your chargers. Switzerland uses plug types, types C (two round pins) and plug type J (three round pins), and operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz. We will also be bringing spares, so reach out to the engagement team if you'd like one.
