Carlos brings over 30 years of experience leading functions across the critical area of Customer Experience including leading Customer Success, Professional Services, Training/Enablement, and Customer Support. Carlos was most recently SVP Global Customer success at RingCentral and prior to that led Customer Success functions at Google Cloud, SAP and Salesforce.

Before joining Hg, Carlos served as a strategic advisor, collaborating with companies to craft strategies addressing the full spectrum of Customer Experience challenges throughout the customer journey. Carlos also contributed his expertise as a member of both the Bain Advisory Network and the TSIA Customer Success Advisory Board.
