As Vice President of Pricing & Packaging, Rion is responsible for pricings contribution to Litera's growth and GTM strategy. This includes pricing design, implementation, and execution for new products and innovations, monitoring pricing performance, recommendation of list price changes, renewals and migration strategies. Rion has 12+ experience working for private equity backed companies in the Software as a Service space. Prior to Litera, he worked as Head of Pricing for Xplor Technologies and in Corporate Development for several portfolio companies for Recruit Holdings and Vista Equity Partners leading or supporting 20+ acquisitions, partnerships, or venture capital transactions across strategy, sourcing, execution, and post-merger integration. Rion has a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of North Texas and lives in North Texas.
