Shiv is a member of the Value Creation Team where he works with Hg’s portfolio companies on value creation initiatives. He has a particular focus on proposition development and pricing strategy.

Prior to joining Hg, Shiv spent nearly seven years at Simon-Kucher & Partners where he specialised on advising B2B software and service companies. During his time there he conducted over 30 projects that covered a wide range of top-line topics including proposition development, revenue model design, price optimisation, market segmentation and go-to-market strategy.

Shiv holds a BA in Economics & Management from the University of Oxford, St Anne’s College.
