Elizabeth Salomon is a seasoned executive and independent corporate director. Elizabeth currently serves as a Finance Non-Executive Director for Hg Capital. In this role, Elizabeth works with Hg Capital portfolio companies providing financial leadership, implementing best practices and delivering valuation creation. In addition, Elizabeth currently serves on the board and as Audit Committee Chair for DHI Group, Inc. (NYSE: DHX), a leading provider of data, insights and employment connections through specialized services for technology professionals. Elizabeth’s purposeful finance leadership, combined with her experience in driving company strategy, automation, M&A, and talent-nurturing, makes her a sought-after advisor to boards and organizations looking to drive growth, optimize profitability and ensure strong corporate governance.
From 2017-2022, Elizabeth Salomon was the Chief Financial Officer of Xactly, the leader in compensation and sales performance SaaS. Elizabeth joined shortly after their acquisition by Vista Equity. In that time Elizabeth led the company with an emphasis on teamwork and fostering a culture of fearlessness, strong working relationships, and creative problem-solving. During her career, Salomon has executed more than 30 M&A transactions, led several turnarounds, and driven performance improvement initiatives across multiple functions to improve growth of the business. Prior to Xactly, Elizabeth was Chief Financial Officer at Cherwell software where she led a $50 million funding round from KKR. She was previously recruited by TPG Capital as Chief Financial Officer for global holding company Marshall & Swift/Boeckh. Elizabeth’s background includes senior financial and operations leadership at Bank of America, ChoicePoint (now LexisNexis), Ticketmaster, and CoreLogic.
