James joined HHAeXchange in August of 2022 to professionalize the finance function and drive the implementation of best practices that will allow the business to continue to scale. Prior to joining HHAeXchange he spent 7 years at Diligent Corporation, the leading SaaS provider of Governance, Risk, and Compliance Software. Over the course of his tenure at Diligent he was a part of a management team that took the company from $90M in revenue / $25M EBITDA to $600M Revenue / $240M EBITDA and executed 20+ acquisitions as a part of that growth. James led the professionalization of the finance function in addition to other transformation activities resulting in ~$100M of cost reduction / synergy achievement over that period. Prior to Diligent he spent time at Booz & Co (now Strategy&) and KPMG where he focused on finance function transformation and deal advisory (operational due diligence) as well as a stint at Blackboard Inc. – a market leader in education technology.
