Prior to joining Hg in 2022, Ginny spent three years at Palladium Equity where she worked across transactions within tech-enabled services, consumer, and industrials. She started her career at Houlihan Lokey in consumer investment banking. Ginny holds a Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
