Fabian is a Principal within the Saturn team. He has been involved in Hg’s acquisitions of Waystone, Auvesy-MDT, GGW and P&I as well as the exit of MeinAuto. He currently sits on the boards of P&I and Athletic Sport Sponsoring. Prior to joining Hg in 2019, Fabian worked at Lazard in Frankfurt, where he advised clients on mergers & acquisitions and capital market transactions. Fabian holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and a Master in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
