Tara is the Chief People Officer at Hg, where she leads the firm’s global people strategy and Business Partner coverage for Hg’s Investment Teams. She is responsible for shaping a high-performance culture through leadership, inclusion, and engagement, while overseeing business partnering, talent, reward, and operations across Hg’s global platform. Known for her innovative and data-informed approach, Tara builds people strategies that deliver cultural impact and commercial results. Tara has spent over a decade in senior People roles in Private Equity, driving organisational development and operational excellence. She began her career in organisational consulting, advising global businesses on talent strategy, change management, and large-scale transformation. An alumna of Vanderbilt University, Tara has an academic background in Psychology, Organisational Development, and Leadership & Enterprise Effectiveness. She resides in London with her family.
