Olena is a Principal on the Capital Markets team at Hg. She oversees financing workstreams across Hg's North American portfolio companies, new deals and handles fund-level transactions. Prior to her role at Hg, Olena was integral in building Apollo’s large cap private credit strategy. She started her career at the Leveraged Finance team at Bank of America. Outside of work, Olena enjoys hiking, reading, and boxing.
