Laura is an accomplished Human Resources executive, based just outside of London, with over 15 years of experience across global HR leadership, business integration, and workforce planning. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR for Mergers and Acquisitions at IFS, where she leads strategic HR initiatives for global business integrations. With a proven track record in managing complex organizational change, Laura has been instrumental in aligning human capital strategies with corporate goals, driving successful M&A transitions.
Before taking on her current role, Laura served as the HR Director for the UK and Ireland at IFS, where she led key HR initiatives and played a central role in driving workforce transformation.
Prior to joining IFS Laura was at Three UK, one of the largest mobile network operators in the UK as a Senior People Business Partner. Collaborating closely with senior leadership to shape and implement people strategies within the Technology and Operations and the Commercial division.
Earlier in her career, Laura spent more than a decade at Stanley Black & Decker, where she progressed through several senior HR leadership positions. She spearheaded significant initiatives across Europe, including the complete reorganization of senior leadership teams, the development of talent pipelines, and the implementation of global HR programs such as the "Elevate" leadership training portfolio. Her deep expertise in strategic HR processes—ranging from organizational development and talent management to HR technology—was instrumental in supporting the company’s international growth and success.
