Dawn focuses on our Portfolio CEO community, driving growth, cross portfolio collaboration and operational effectiveness within our portfolio. She acts as a serial Exec Chair at Hg, with a particular emphasis on driving change, growth and C suite succession. She is Exec Chair at team.blue and Geomatikk and is on the Boards of Azets and Citation.

Previously she headed up Hg’s Value Creation team and was CEO in Hg investments Kinapse and Azets. Prior to that she was Group COO at Capita plc; where for over 20 years she was part of a team who grew the business to being one of the largest companies in the UK at that time.
