Alex is an investment professional in the Mercury team, focusing on small and medium software and services businesses as part of the London office.

Experience:

Prior to Hg, he worked for Bain & Company in London, primarily in their private equity group focusing on commercial due diligence of software & financial services businesses. Before Bain, Alex worked for HM Treasury (UK government) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
