Prior to joining Hg, Can worked at Partners Group, where he spent two years focusing on investments in software and digital infrastructure. Before that, he was with McKinsey & Company, supporting clients on strategy and transaction-related projects across various sectors. Can holds an MSc in Finance and Private Equity from the London School of Economics.

Nicole is a member of the Client Services team.

EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Hg, Nicole was part of the M&A team at William Blair in London. She previously worked in Corporate Development at Arrival, a company focused on electric commercial vehicles. Nicole holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and a BSc from the University of St Andrews.

Focus: Silvia is a member of the Genesis team.
Experience: Silvia joined Hg in 2025. Prior to Hg, she worked at J.P. Morgan in the Investment Banking Division for three years, first in Milan, covering Italian corporates, and then in London in the Diversified Industries team. Silvia holds an MSc in Management from ESCP Business School and a BSc in Economics and Management from the University of Padua. She is from Italy and speaks English and Italian.

Amy is a member of the Mercury team, investing Hg’s small-cap software and services fund from the London office.

She joined in 2025 from UBS, where she spent more than 2 years in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications investment banking team, advising clients on mergers & acquisitions as well as equity and debt financing transactions. Amy holds a BSc in Economics from University College London.

Focus
TJ is a member of Hg’s New York Genesis team, focusing on mid-cap software and services investments.
Experience
Prior to joining Hg in 2025, TJ was part of Morgan Stanley’s Technology Group in New York, where he worked on a range of M&A and capital markets transactions across the Software, Consumer Internet, and FinTech sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Jon is a member of Hg's Mercury team in London and focuses on software and services investments

Jon joined Hg in 2025 from Bank of America's Technology, Media, and Telecom team in New York where he advised clients on a broad range of M&A, equity, and debt transactions

He received a B.S. in Finance from Fordham University

Grace is a member of Hg's Mercury team and is based in the New York office.
Prior to joining Hg in 2025, she spent three years evaluating software and tech-enabled services investments at AIM Equity and K1. Grace holds a BBA in Finance from Emory University.

Focus: Jackson is a member of Hg’s New York Genesis team
Experience: Prior to joining Hg in 2025, Jackson was an investment banking analyst in the Technology group at Piper Sandler (formerly DBO Partners), where he focused on M&A in the software and tech-enabled services sectors. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, with minors in Entrepreneurship and Energy Studies.

Josh joined Hg from Motive Partners, a financial technology-focused private equity firm, where he worked in investor relations and fundraising. Prior to that, Josh was at Connaught, advising on buyout, growth, and venture fundraises, and began his career at Hamilton Lane as an investment professional focused on private markets fund investments.

Josh holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick.

Christopher is a member of Hg’s Saturn team in Munich, investing in large-cap software and services companies.

Prior to joining Hg, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) team, advising companies across EMEA on M&A and capital markets transactions, covering software, services, digital platforms, gaming and telecommunications. He holds an MSc in International Finance from HEC Paris and a BSc in Management & Technology, specialising in Computer Science, from the Technical University of Munich.

Jo is a member of the Saturn team in San Francisco, focusing on large cap software and services investments.

Prior to joining Hg in 2025, Jo was part of the Technology M&A group at Evercore, where she worked on transactions across software and hardware sectors. She holds a B.S. in Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
