Jeff Eggers is a best-selling author, organisational performance expert, and former Executive Director of the McChrystal Group Leadership Institute. With over 20 years of experience in strategic management and leading high-performing teams, Eggers has worked with the White House, Department of Defense, and the U.S. Navy. He was a former Special Assistant to the President for National Security affairs for President Obama, overseeing critical aspects of U.S. foreign and national security policy. He has also been credited with the mediation and resolution of the 2014 Afghan presidential electoral crisis.

Eggers is known for his expertise in organizational performance, having founded and run a leadership institute. He has worked with a diverse mix of clients across various industries, including an NBA franchise, and has taught courses in change management, leadership, and public policy.
