As HR Operations and Employee Experience Manager, Charlotte works with HR teams and leaders across the business to deliver projects supporting organisational change, growth and employee engagement. In the last 3 years Charlotte has focused on coordinating and driving FE fundinfo’s ESG agenda and more recently has established FE fundinfo’s ESG committee. The committee brings together leaders from Legal, Finance, Security, Operations, Sales and Product to ensure ESG priorities are aligned, tracked and well communicated across the business.
